Helpdesk Support Technician
Pay: From $17.00/hour (DOE)

NetForce is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is critical to daily operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and messages
- Assist users with software, hardware, and system-related issues
- Gather information and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions in the PSA system
- Escalate issues appropriately and keep users informed
- Educate users on cybersecurity best practices
IT Support Technician - Level 2
Pay: From $20.00-$25.00 (DOE, with clear growth path)
Job Type: Full-time
NetForce is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician who thrives on solving complex technical problems and supporting clients in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware and software issues
- Perform system rebuilds, upgrades, and quality assurance testing
- Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 technicians
- Provide on-site client support and advanced troubleshooting
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and process improvements
- Support onboarding and mentoring of newer technicians
